Welcome to our blog! 

I'm Bethany and that's my girlfriend Ellie. She's the ginger one, I'm the not-ginger one. If you've managed to find yourself on this ~ about us ~ page, then you must be semi-interested in our lives. Or maybe you're just lost. Who knows. So I thought I'd share a little bit about who we are, what we're doing and whats 'gwarn with this blog. As I said before, I'm Beth. I recently turned 20 (which I am very depressed about) and am currently studying a Fine Art BA at Loughborough University in England. I tend to think of myself as one of those typical art students that doesn't have a clue what they're doing with their life. I've never really had a particular style or specialism within my art work, I tend to bounce between different mediums such as drawing, painting and 3D sculpture, however photography always has and always will be my main love. If you'd of asked me when I was about 10 "What do you want to be when you grow up?", I probably would have said a spy or a forensic scientist. If you asked me now, I'd probably cry. I feel like that says a lot about me.

Ellie is a 21 year old Industrial Design Student, also at Loughborough University. She designs stuff like radios and oil cans and product packaging. She's damn good at it too. She's currently on a Placement Year and has been working at some awesome companies down in London. She plays lots of stringed instruments like the guitar, ukulele, banjo and mandolin and has a pretty good taste in music in general. I like her, I guess.

We met at University, about two weeks into my first year, at an LGBT Association social. Ellie was on the committee and prayed on myself, being a young and innocent fresher (thats a joke, I totally pursued her) and after about a month we ended up being girlfraaaaaands. Our halls were right next to each other, so I pretty much lived with her for the majority of my first year. Even though she's now on an Placement Year in Industry and lives between London and York, we still manage to spend most of our time together and have been on some pretty awesome travels in the past year.
